Hostmark Hospitality Group Awarded Five New Contracts

Schaumburg, IL, February 1, 2006 – Hostmark Hospitality Group has been awarded five hotel management contracts resulting in a total of 688 rooms. Rossco Holdings has selected Hostmark Hospitality Group to manage their three hotels in Texas, and True North Management Group LLC has selected Hostmark Hospitality Group to manage their two hotels in Indiana.
Effective January 1, 2006, Hostmark Hospitality Group took over management of three of Rossco Holdings’ hotels in Texas, including the Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in Killeen, Texas.
Effective February 1, 2006, Hostmark Hospitality Group will take over management of the Holiday Inn Select City Centre in Lafayette and the University Inn in West Lafayette, Indiana.
