Hostmark Operated Wyndham Boston–Andover Completes Multi–Million Renovations

Schaumburg, IL, November 23, 2009 – The Wyndham Boston‐Andover Hotel has announced the completion of a multi‐million dollar renovation that upgraded the entire facility and made major improvements to the guest experience. The metro‐chic renovations include a new lobby, renovated indoor pool with hot tub, refurbished guest rooms, an updated lounge, restaurant and more. The new product is current, fashion forward, comfortable, inviting and cyber‐friendly.
Highlights of the renovation include an updated bar and restaurant, which will open as the new ‘On the Bone’ steakhouse restaurant in April 2010. Guestrooms now feature 37” LCD televisions, the Wyndham ‘Be Well’ bedding package and work space with ergonomic Herman Miller desk chairs. Guests will also notice a more comfortable feeling in the hotel’s common areas, which now have a warm color scheme and ambient lighting.
“These renovations will enhance our guests' experience with the brand during their stay,” said Don Corbosiero, the hotel’s general manager. “Some of the most noticeable improvements were to our lobby, which features an open, contemporary design in warm wood tones with accents of blue. Our lobby bar retains that inviting “Cheers” atmosphere in a modern, yet eclectic style.”
The rooms feature cherry furnishings, marble countertops, high‐speed wired and wireless internet access and upgraded bedding with pillow‐top mattresses. Property features include state‐of‐the‐art business and fitness centers, indoor pool, local shuttle service and more than 8,000 square feet of meeting space.
