One area where Hostmark Hospitality Group extends its expertise is in helping clients with the management and development of a new-build hospitality asset.  Throughout our history, we have been involved in numerous “ground-up” projects with varying degrees of complexity and challenges, each benefiting from our extensive knowledge of new construction, and the ability to put resources in place that help clients with jobs from conception to completion.

We accomplish this by providing a full array of pre-opening technical services to our development clients that might include working with our hotel development consultants to assist in analyzing the feasibility of a project, or examining independent and franchise affiliate positioning alternatives.  Of course, when working with Hostmark, hotel development clients also have access to our full range of skills and knowledge base, and often engage our construction and operations executives to help analyze the design and components of a project to maximize efficiencies and minimize cost.  Our purchasing department as well may be called upon to provide FF & E purchasing and installation management services for properties.
