From initial meetings with the project architect and interior designer, to later arrangements with engineers, kitchen and food facilities designers and a host of consultants including those catering to telecommunications, IT, equipment, parking and health facilities, Hostmark will work with you to ensure the hotel or resort is completed within your specifications.
Additionally, Hostmark can help prepare budgets, operating projections, technical schedules and marketing plans, and can assist in specifications and communications regarding franchise options and hotel operating equipment. Hostmark staff can recruit and train on-site staff to open and operate the hotel or resort, as well as working with owners to arrange and promote inaugural ceremonies and public relations for hotel openings. We also coordinate available resources from Hostmark’s national sales force to facilitate the hotel’s pre-opening sales efforts, maximizing ROI from day one.
