Leveraging our partnership with AVENDRA, a national purchasing network, and interfacing between central accounting and our proprietary ProfitMark business intelligence tool increases efficiency and saves our owners money. Hostmark currently manages a total portfolio operational spend exceeding $65 million dollars.

Our distribution solutions are effective for both branded and independent hotels, and a remote CMS interface allows for real-time decisions to maximize top line performance.

We’ve just implemented the M3 Accounting Core, the most powerful & popular hospitality-specific accounting software. Its array of features, including data processing, tax & reporting, planning & management and finance, help improve efficiency and visibility to drive hotel financial performance.

ProfitMark, our proprietary business intelligence system, provides real-time performance analysis and insights for all corporate teams, property teams and ownership. Integrating annual business & marketing plans, operational budgets, STR reports and forecasting, ProfitMark provides the data needed effectively make profit-based, market driven decisions to produce superior top line performance and maximize flow through.

Information Technology & Facilities

Hostmark’s IT teams maintain, stabilize and coordinate support for the ever increasing number of informational systems crucial for the guest experience and effective management of a hotel. Whether they’re installing the very latest in guest experience technology, future proofing existing systems, or monitoring and overseeing network security, our IT team keeps our hotels and their information secure.

Our Facilities team has successfully managed & completed more than 200 major capital projects in the last ten years, including both renovations and new developments. With an expansive network of general contractors, interior designers and procurement companies, key relationships for licensing & permitting protocol, and unmatched brand capital PIP experience, our facilities team is here to make sure projects are implemented seamlessly.
